  • All communication relating to the guests inquiring and staying at the property will go through BK Wholesome Homes. All guests will be screened to ensure that they will be a great guest and treat the house with the utmost respect. Screening is done by ensuring guests are reviewed highly by previous hosts and that they are who they say they are.

  • The property will be secured during and after each stay by having outdoor cameras to monitor the area and record any movement that may take place. We also utilize wifi smart locks where the code is changed with each stay. No previous guest can get in, a future guest will only get a code at check in, and the current guests will have a code that is only active during their stay. Security is important and something that is not taken lightly.

  • The property will be taken care of better than any long term tenant would ever think about. The house will be cleaned in between each stay! This will equivocate to weekly cleaning and maintenance if that is needed. The cleaning team will have a strong attention to details and bring forth any possible issues that are noticed for them to be corrected right away. Cleanliness is one of the best ways to make a lasting first impression and we want to create a wholesome experience for anyone who visits!

  • As a property owner with a passive income stream, you will want to know how the property is performing. Along with monthly payments on the agreed upon date, there will also be a monthly owner report to break down all the numbers to show how great the property is operating.

  • Regulations are everything in the STR world and it is a promise that those regulations will be followed down to the last letter. With a background of state regulations, it is a strength of ours to read and understand all regulations set forth by the local governments.

  • Neighbors can be a burden to an STR property and it is a part of our business strategy to nurture the relationships with the neighbors around your property. Relationships are key and everyone around the property deserves to be treated like a part of the family.

  • Smart technology is vastly available and can provide a unique experience for guest as well as provide money saving opportunities to the owners. Utilizing smart technology where applicable can be very beneficial. From smart locks to security cameras to noise detection sensors to smart thermostats the possibilities are endless, but at the very least those four are a must to help protect all parties involved.
